About Me
I was born in Rome (Italy) where I grew up and became a musician.
I started to study guitar at the age of 13 at the “School of Classical Guitar” – M° M.Ricchi”. In 1980 I graduated from the C.D.M.I. in Classical Guitar.
By the age of 17, I was regularly working on fusion music. I worked for about two years in a recording studio where I learnt to play Bass Guitar, Keyboards and Drums. At the same time I wrote songs for different labels, including RCA and CBS.
In the following years I studied piano, harmony and arrangement. In the 90s I intensified my study of jazz guitar and improvisation techniques, which was mainly based on the work of great guitarists such as Charlie Christian, Wes Montogomery, George Benson, Pat Metheny, Mike Stern and Larry Carlton.
In 2003-2005 I played with some jazz/fusion groups.
In 2008 I produced my CD “Piccole Imperfezioni” with 7 original tracks and an original arrangement of W.A. Mozart’s piece.
In 2010 I produced my 2th CD “Riflessi” with 13 original tracks.
In 2010 I became the founder and Art Director of Roma Spazio Musica, a Music School in Rome.
In 2014 I produced my 3th CD: “Alchemy” with 11 jazz-fusion original tracks.
In 2021 I produced my 4th CD: “Spring Days” with 15 acoustic guitar original tracks.
Since 2021 I have an active channel YouTube where I publish monthly new Collections of music for Acoustic, Jazz or Classical Guitar. Click on Logo
